The minis didn't prove as versatile as Oskar, had much shorter short lives, and weren't that mini. We use it for chopping and mixing every day. It will chop vegetables, grind meat, etc. in a couple quick twists of the lid. What I like most is that it is a medium size and extremely easy to clean. The bowl and lid come off easily to clean quickly! After 20 years of daily use, we have only had to super glue the top of the bowl back on a couple of times. It has finally come time to buy another Oskar. We will never buy another type of food processor. We love our Oskar. I bought a Cuisinart Mini-Prep Processor and it's going back to the store. It's garbage compared to my old Oskar. The bowl of the Cuisinart is flimsy and it doesn't chop well at all. I just ordered another Oskar! The motor is powerful and it chops anything. |
