But I finally got fed up having to do things in batches and started looking for a bigger processor. I decided on Cuisinart because of brand reputation and on this particular model because (i) it was the most reasonably priced and (ii) because it seemed I could buy a bigger variety of accessories if I wanted them. I only cook for 2 and this is an ideal size for me. I have to admit I'm now wondering what took me so long ! The parts are sturdy and wash well. The large pusher is the only thing that's a bit awkward to dry but I just leave it to drip dry so no problem. We used it almost every day and the low price of the new item made it economical to buy new rather than replace the broken part. Without question, the Cuisinart is the most used appliance in our kitchen. Based on past performance, we expect the new processor to perform as well and last as long as the old unit. We own several Cuisinart appliances and cookware and are very satisfied with quality and performance in every case. |
